The eligibility criteria to take admission for M.Sc Chemistry at BHU is as follows:
B.Sc. (Hons.)*/ B.Sc.* underat least10+2+3 pattern securing a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate in Science subjects (considering all the three years of B.Sc. Course). The subject in which admission is sought must be a Hons. subject at B.Sc. (Hons.) level/subject studied in all the three parts at Graduate level.

Yes you can prepare for the entrance exams conducted by different universities for your desired course. The admissions take place in the month of June or July and by that time your semester will also get over. So check for the universities offering the course, fill their forms and start preparing for the entrances.
