I'm not give jee advanced paper 2 but I'm qualified jee main exam so I can eligible for admission counselling

Hii Shubham....If you have not given Jee Advanced then you will not be allowed to sit in Admission counselling for IITs. Ofcourse you can go for Admission in NIT's and IIIT's depending on your Jee Main rank. Even you apply to some other universities which take admission through Jee main. Hope this helps you.

first of all ,you are completely free to write in hindi also, if you are not comfrtable in english

coming to your question, if you havent passed JEE advance, you are not eligible for counselling, because JEE advance is the eligibility criteria for Jee counselling .
