Actually we don't have to do that either now.I called the helpline and they told me that a notification will be given on 27th June 2019.In that notification, they will have instructed what to do next.OEC candidate don't have to do anything after the first allotment inorder to wait for the next allotment.But if you have to confirm the first allotment , you have to delete all your higher priority options which will be allowed from 27th June 2019 till July 4th(second allotment date).One more thing is that an early notification have instructed that we don't have to go to any college after the first allotment inorder to get admission.We just have to pay the allotment fees only, which in the case of OEC candidates is free too.
