Institute of International Teachers Training is a Government of India registered institute and a reputed name in the field of teachers training.
As far as the college is concerned, i don't think there is any problem with the college but the degree which you are looking for is i think a wrong choice because first thing is that it has no scope currently in India and secondly you wont be able to find jobs related to this background. So, choose wisely.
