Dear Sunitha, you haven't mentioned your highest qualification.But going by what you said that you are preparing for CA Inter, assuming that your highest qualification is 10+2, this answer is being written. You need to have passed your 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English as your subjects from any recognised Board or University. You need to have an aggregate of minimum 75% in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology and 65% in these subjects individually. Which means you need to score 65% in Physics, 65% in Chemistry and 65% in Mathematics/Biology. For admission into B.Tech you need to have studied and scored those aggregates in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and for B.Pharmacy, the subjects are Physics, Chemistry, Biology.
