The way you potrayed your question, it doesn't look that you are having a problem in English but still if you have then it will be fine while working on it.

You should be able to read, write and understand english language to study MBBS program. The test books and reference books are all in english.

I have come across many students who have english as a compulsory subject but are weak in English. You should not worry about it much, english is a language and you can work on it and with proper practice you can get better. It’s just a matter of time and hard work.
