There is no MBBS in United States of America. There you get the degree MD after you complete your undergraduate degree with pre medicine track. Also you need to give MCAT to get admission and not neet. All of these things are different in USA and not similar to India.

As per the new notification issued by CBSE, a candidate who wishes to pursue medicine abroad has to qualify the NEET examination in case he/she wishes to return to India to practice medicine. An Indian student who has studied medicine abroad, if returns to India to practice medicine, has to clear the FMG exam. So, in order to be able to take the exam, the candidate has to have already qualified the NEET examination previously. Thus, as of now, it is compulsory for you to qualify the NEET 2018 examination.
