It might be because of the Technical fault. The official server of AIIMS might be down at this moment due to excessive traffic or some other reasons. Try and log in again and check the status of your application. It is possible that your application has been rejected.

Dear Madhumitha, there might be 2 reasons why you are unable to generate the RUC code. It might be either a technical glitch. For this please clear the Cache, browsing history, passwords, restart the system and try generating the dide again. Now the other reason might be your Basic registration has been rejected. Please login to the official website with your credentials and check the Status of the Basic registration. If it has been rejected, you cannot generate the RUC Code.
