If you want to go for NITs situated in the north east,a score of about 130–140 will be enough but if you are eyeing top NITs like NIT Trichy, you better rock the show and get 270+.Also,the cutoffs for IISc are very high,and usually about 290+.Hope this helps you.All the best.

Hello Nikhil by scoring 130 you able to get normal NIT and Good GFTIs .It depends upon branch you select you able to get normal to good NIT.
For getting good NIT marks should be greater than 150 and above for more popular courses such as CS/IT.
