JoSAA is completely free You need to pay when You get a college so In Case You got the college and then paid the fee then You should Contact the college for Further Process and also if You want to reject that acceptance there was a Procedure You need to be followed within a stipulated time frame

dear brother my son alloted raurkala mines branch but he has applied for withdrawl of name and recept he got but refund has not been given by josaa patna nit . kindly guide me what i have to do now thanks
