Hello Ravi,
You will not be getting any IIT or NIT in the basis of your rank in JEE Mains. Yes you can try for JMI but you won't be able to get CSE branch there. You can look for private universities that take admission in the basis of JEE mains like Thapar, LNMIIT, JAYPEE, Etc. These universities come among top institutions in India and every year get a valid rank in NIRF Rankings.
