Definately , you have exam in RGUKT colleges for 2nd year 2nd sem why because a notification also released by our college regarding exam but particular dates not announced yet. so, our management conduct exams for E4 and p2 pattern may be or may not be change So , wait for further information and updates check your institute mail id  and our official website.
