Dear Nandini, we are not sure if it is a hypothetical situation or a real difficulty. If it is hypothetical, it is best to avoid any such situations that might result in an injury. While we understand that injuries cannot be predicted, they can sure be prevented. On the other hand, if this is a situation either you or any candidate is facing, if it is non dominant hand, you can still appear for the exam. But because it is a plaster of paris, you may have to report earlier for any checking. On the other hand, if the fracture is on the dominant hand, you can appear for the exam but you will have to manage on your own in the exam as there is no facility of a scribe for NEET. Eitherways you will be subjected to thorough checking and you need to be prepared for that.

Hello aspirant.

Take a medical certificate it must be certified by a medical officer not lesser than a rank of ASST Surgeon.
On the day of examination , report earlier to the examination centre and approach examination head of the centre. Hand over medical certificates and be ready for enquiry that they make . If you go later for examination centre , they may even not give permission to attend for examination.
