150-160 problems a day is a sufficient practice given that you are doing doing background analysis after you find difficulty in the problems.
Now, there is one more point, as you said you are practising 150+ questions daily and I believe that it is a good number, now as this part of you is sorted so better you aggregate the difficulty level of questions you do. You should prefer some top level of question banks now and practice them, so that you are fully prepared for any scenes in examination hall. And as you said you are trying for a rank below 500, then this is the mandatory task to go to the all toughness level of papers and prepare yourself. Make sure that you do not lose any confidence, keep the spirit up, live fit, that is very important. You will achieve it.
