In June i took admission in FYBMM in LR Tiwari clg via offline but till the last date, they didn't informed me that i also have to fill online form. After that they told me that, form will reopen again of FYBMM Sem 1 then you can fill it but till now it hasn't reopend, when the form will reopen ?

Hello,

Generally it will not happen. But is it happen to you then you go to the college and talk to them face to face.

If there any problem occurs or any mistake happened then they will said to you directly.
