Hello Aspirant,

Yes, In KCET counselling process you can definitely apply as in SNQ for one college and without SNQ in the other college without any sort of hesitation, as if the seats from SNQ get fully filled then you have no choice to go for the Non SNQ section. SO, why not grasp what you got.
