Hello ,

If you got the desired seat in round 1 then you have to report to the centre for verification purposes after round 1 only.

If you want to upgrade then you need to wait till round 2 and then visit the centre if you get the desired seat.

For the dates of visiting the centre you will get notification from the officials and you check in their website too.
