As two round of counselling are held round 1 and round 2. Candidates are given admission in these 2 rounds according to preference of candidates. If any seat get left then for those seats mop up round is held.

So mop-up round is last chance to claim government irrespective of lower marks.

Candidates have to pay actual college fees there is no change in fee of college according to round of counselling.
