King George's Medical University Lucknow is one of the best Medical colleges of India and so the cutoffs are quite high. Going by last year's data, 637 was the cutoff score for general category candidate while for OBC it was 629 and 528 was the cutoff score for SC and for ST it was 362. Now you have mentioned your category rank but didn't mention which category you belong to. Keep in mind that these are based on last year's data and this year the cutoffs can change.
