In neet counselling, if i get a bds college in 1st round then can i retain that seat and apply for an mbbs college in the next round?

Hi

Yes if you can retain your seat and apply for mbbs in round 2.

In round 1 once a seat has been alloted to you, you can either join the college and opt for upgradation which would make you eligible for round 2 or there is also the option of free exit whereby you do not join the college in round 1 at all.

Either ways you shall be eligible for round 2.

However in round 2 there is no free exit. Once a college has been alloted you need to join it. And there isn't any provision for upgradation.
