If you dont attend any of the questions in physics then you wont be able to pass the neet exam because you have to get pass in all the subjects if you fails in one then you fail.

there are 180 questions in NEET UG out of age 45 or and physics and if you are not attended any questions and physics it is highly unlikely that you will be getting above the 50th percentile all that cannot be surely said that you will fail but it will definitely affect your marking to a significant amount because leaving 45 questions applied leave due to the mercy of 145 questions out of which even if you are brilliant you will get a maximum of 120 correct with some concurrent negative marking which will land you up with the score of brown 450 to  480 out of 720
this might not be enough for you to qualify for most decent government medical colleges whether it be why the 85% state quota 15% all India quota and those you need to strengthen your business of physics from books like Arihant and practice the formula based MCQs on regular basis to enhance your chances of qualification in the Neet examination
