My son didn't attend physics exam due to health issues. He is writing compartmental exam. Is he eligible to attend neet counselling?

Yes he's very much eligible for the exam but only after successfully passing the exam. Because according to NEET eligibility criteria the student needs to have minimal of 50% aggregate in class 12 with physics chemistry and biology as main subject and has to pass them all.
