Hey Ashish, 

You will not have to fill the form of IPU CET the university has decided to admit students into its undergraduate law programmes on the basis of CLAT scores instead of IPU CET law 2019. Candidates will get access to the application forms online mode. After filling the form successfully, candidates will be issued admit cards. After the exam of CLAT, the results will be announced. The candidates with their name on the merit list will be then called for the counseling procedure.
