Dear applicant in cases when you don't get the desired or prerequisite Institute then you have the choice to float your option rather than freezing the undesired choice. If you float into the subsequent levels there is possibility that you can get the seat you want, but simultaneously there is another possibility that is if you decide to float your choice then you don't get the previous alloted college anymore.
