Hey Saikat! Your TFW rank is nothing to do with percentage of fees reduction. With your TFW rank you can get colleges. Now if we talk about fees reduction, so the tuition fees of the student which is majore part of a college fees ( around 80%) is deducted and only development and other extra fees are asked by students.
