Hi Aspirant!

You have not mentioned your counselling name or any other information for which you have to show your domicile state certificate to the officials.But generally the student will be considered of some state if he/she pass the 12 board from the respective state.Mean to say if anyone pass the 12th exam from any state then he/she will be the domicile of that state.
