as of now only the class 12 board examination marks matter and 50% in nature physics, chemistry and biology in aggregate will be required as the qualifying criteria for NEET UG examination and any changes regarding this whether or not the class 11 marks will be included or not would be notified on the official website by the appropriate authority is well in advance to you do not need to worry about that and right now you can continue your preparation with whatever Idea you already had in mind
