Hello,

Yes, of course you can appear in the UP Polytechnic entrance exam. Entering wrong pin code is just a minor mistake and is totally negligible. So, i don't think it will cause any problem. You keep preparing for your entrance exam as you will be allowed to appear in it for sure.
