In WBJEE after the first round of counseling, I freezed my seat and paid the seat allotment fees.Now if I don't want to be admitted in this college then what should I do??? please help

The only option you are left with is to withdraw from the councelling and your fees should get refunded within 60 days after the councelling gets over.

Dear Aspirant
You can avoid taking admission there if you don't want to take but since you have frrezed your seat by paying seat allotment fee, so your seat allotment fee will not be refunded back. No body is forcing you to take admission if you don't just because you have paid seat allotment fee.
