In order to get admission into a medical college, your NEET UG score should be equal to or more than the following two cut-offs:

1.) Qualifying cut-off: Minimum scores required to qualify NEET UG. This is set by the exam conducting body. This year it will be set by the NTA.

2.) Admission cut-off: Minimum scores required to take admission into a medical college. This is set by the college authorities and therfore it varies from college to college.

The cut-offs depend on a number of factors:

• The number of applicants
• Total number of seats
• Number of candidates appearing in NEET 2019
• Performance of candidates in the exam
• Category of the candidate

So please mention your category in order to get an idea whether you can secure a medical seat with the marks you have scored.

Dear Vedant, you haven't mentioned your Category. Neverthless, here are the cut offs for various Categories under State Quota for 2018:

General Category: 473
SC: 372
ST: 230
SE: 120

Having said that cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of.seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Neverthless, you can get a seat if you belong to the Reserved Categories.
