The following integrated M.Tech courses are offered at VIT Bhopal for 5 years:

1. Integrating a Master of Technology in Computer Science Engineering with a focus on Cyber Security in collaboration with Virtusa (5 Year)
2. M.Sc. in Integrated Biotechnology (5 Year)
3. M.Tech artificial intelligence that is integrated
4. M.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering with Integration M.Sc. in Biotechnology with a Computational and Data Science concentration (Integrated 5 years)

The infrastructure at both colleges is superb, but the VIT campus in Bhopal has the most corporations visiting for placements, making it the best. The academics on the Bhopal campus are excellent.
