This completely depends. If you want a good rank in KEAM then it depends on two things :

1) BOARDS MARKS : Your boards marks would also be considered for ranking in KEAM. If you have good percentage in your board exams then your rank would increase .

2)MARKS IN KEAM EXAMINATION : Along with doing well in Boards you also have to get a good score in KEAM.

Your overall rank will be decided taking both into consideration.
If you have scored a total of 236 marks then you should have very good percentage in your boards then you might get a good rank.
