32 years back it was not NEET. It was AIPMT or State Level Entrance examinations and the syllabus has been changed over the years. Now even with AIIMS, as admission to AIIMS is also through NEET score, what needs to be remembered is that AIIMS had General Knowledge and English sections along with Physics, Chemistry and Biology while NEET only has Biology, Physics and Chemistry sections. And again the syllabus has changed over the years. Previous question papers might not just be enough because the Exam paper doesn't cover all the topics. 180 MCQs cannot cover the entire 11th and 12th syllabus.
