Hello Amit,
Whether the next cutoff will release or not all that depends on the availability of the seats in the course and in that college.
If we see last year's 6th cutoff list of Delhi university we see that cutoff for general category in Swami Shradhanand college for B Com course was closed.
However cutoff for B Com hons was still released but it was 88 % .
