Anyone from any state of India whether it is Bihar or Bengal can appear for NEET but you must remember that age should be below 25 for general category student and 30 for reserved category student.

Yes. Admissions to various medical colleges of bihar will be done through the marks and rank obtained by candidate in neet ug..
However candidate must have minimum Qualifying percentage criteria in class 12 th for giving neet ug exam.

Students from Bihar are definitely elligible to participate in the 15% ALL INDIA QUOTA through NEET Counseling.

However, you must meet all the eligibility criteria as stated by the CBSE NEET authority i.e.

• You must pass your 12th boards Examination overall with PCB as your core subjects.
• You must score an aggregate of 50% in PCB subjects.
• You must get a good score in the NEET entrance Examination.

If you are applying to other States who have their own Counseling through NEET, you will have to apply online for the same.
