Well I think yes. Aadhar card has been made compulsory everywhere.
Today was my SRMJEE's exam. Aadhar card is a compulsions nowadays.

Can't we provide PAN card instead of aadhar? The the still places in Assam where aadhar enrollment has not yet started

All they need is an identity proof. So yes, you can show your PAN card instead of an Aadhar card.

Not required u may take your school I'd card but Aadhar card is necessary for admission
