Documents required for NEET counselling are

1. NEET admit card, Rank letter or AIQ Letter

2. Class 10 and 12 certificate and Mark sheet (for date of birth proof)

3. ID proof

4. 8 passport size photograph (same as affixed on application form)

5. Provisional allotment letter generated online after allotment

6. SC/ST proof certificate issued by the competent authority (if applicable)
7. OBC certificate issued by the competent authority (if applicable)
8.Physically Handicapped Certificate issued by the medical authority as mentioned in NEET prospectus (if applicable).
