Hello student,
Admissions to Netaji subash institute of technology is based on your category rank only. Suppose you have around 2 lakh CRL rank and 10,000 as category rank, then the 10,000 category rank only will be considered for admission. Of you are a non resident of Delhi, then a rank of something which is below 70,000 (in your category)  could fetch you a seat there.
