I appreciate your question! Anyone can get confused as both the colleges bear more or less the same name situated in the same state. To clear your doubt, both the colleges are different. Amity school of engineering, Noida has got affiliation with GGSIPU while Amity University, Noida is affiliated with UGC and NAAC. 

AMITY school of engineering is engineering college of amity university but both are different.
