No. There is no specific uniform in Gitam University but you have to follow dress code in Gitam like you have to wear ID card when you are in college, you should wear shoes.

For girls

Salawar kameez or chudidars. First year you are not allowed to wear leggings and the subsequent year onwards depends on the female faculty of the your department on how they react to it. Sleeveless is a strict no.

For boys,

Jeans with shirts are allowed ,but no T-shirts . Also normal jeans, no torn jeans.
