You can get many  new IIT's in good  branches , and apart from these you can also get BHU/Dhanbad in branches like metallurgy , mining etc , as seats have increased this year onwards .

Apart from iit's you can get IIST , RGIPT , IIPE so you can try for them also based on your jee advanced rank . You can also take admission in IISER .

On the basis of your rank and category ; I will recommend you to try new iit's (like iit Palakkad , Goa ,Dhanbad , Jammu ) . So you should try to get to lower branch in the new iit's .

It is not possible for you to get any IIT as per the data available for the year 2019. The rank is higher for the admission in the IITs.

However, if you have a decent rank in jee mains, then you can get a college in central government like NIT/IIIT or state government colleges in states like Uttarakhand, Punjab, etc.
