I hope you are doing well.

No, most exams in India do not allow you to take short notes during the exam. If you find such a short note, you will have to  reappear in the exam in , and the final decision will be  the university's decision. This is because there are options to exclude them from future exams at their respective universities. If FIR is sufficient evidence applicable to you  and it is your time, you may even face prison time   you will probably face  420 section 420 prosecution  Under Article 415 of the Indian Criminal Code, fraud is characterized as false or unreliable inducing a person to transfer or  agree to own property.
