Bhagalpur College of Engineering (BCE), Bhagalpur is a government college. BCE is administered by the Department of Science and Technology under the guidance of the government of Bihar. It was established in 1960. Earlier the institute was affiliated with Tilkamanjhi Bhagalpur University (TMBU) Bhagalpur, Bihar and later on, it got affiliated with Aryabhatta Knowledge University (AKU), Patna.
