Hello,
University of Delhi does not offer B.Sc Agriculture and BCA courses. However there are many government colleges which offer these courses. Some of them are:
For B.Sc Agriculture

Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel University of Agriculture and Technology, Meerut
Kisan Post Graduate College, Gaziabad
Sharda University, Greater Noida

For BCA

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha university
Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Management Studies
Pune University
JNU
