Agriculture is one of the subjects in Biology which have a lot of craze going on, due to its applicability and the scope it offers to the students. So yeah! if you want to go for Basic sciences course and if you want to be an Agricultural scientist then you have a very good career ahead. After your BSc you can apply for different state government agricultural officer examinations. Also there are numerous plant breeding and fertilization companies who hires BSc Agriculture graduates. But I would always advise to have a Msc after your BSc in order to have the maximum scope you can get.

After MSc you can join the sectors:

1.      Agrotech Food

2.      Research labs

3.      ITC limited

4.      Government institutes

5.      Colleges
