If you are completed your BSC that is bachalor of science in mathematics and economics subject then yes, you can choose MSc in mathematics or MSc in economics. This is totally depends on you. But you have to get minimum 65% marks in both each subject. Because for masters degree you have to get good marks in the particular subject. Otherwise you can't take admission.
