No, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh & J&K students are not eligible for 15% quota seats. They are only eligible for their state 100% medical seats on the basis of NEET score. But for private Medical colleges of other states they can apply. For further information about NEET you can go through with given below link.

No, the candidates from AP, TS and J & K are not eligible for AIQ seats as they can only apply for their state seats but yes, admission will be based on NEET score only. For reference, you can go through NEET 2017 counseling process as this will help you in detail -
