you cannot get IPU ,MAMC,CMC because as you haven't applied for 15% All India Quota and you are not eligible for 85% State quota of Delhi or Tamil Nadu.
You are eligible for 100% state quota of Jammu and Kashmir only.
If you score approx 300 you can easily get any of the college of Jammu and Kashmir.
