Double MBA is valid in India, the common thing about double Mba is that people either go for a second MBA degree from abroad or they try to take up extra semesters after the completion of their first MBA. With respect to Job opportunities,  recruiters don’t necessarily get impressed by the dual MBA unless one of them is from Harvard or Stanford. Dual MBA is not a problem as such in India. But you may have to explain as to why you did a double MBA from India only.

Yes, double mba are valid in India withoit any restrictions or issues.

Anyone who wishes to to any dual degree courses now can easily pursue them from our oen country. This not only enhances your degree but also increases alot of career options for you. 

Also, you had good mba degrees though like one in marketing & one in finance so, your chances of getting a good packaged job increases because both these are in great demand.

But, for getting more prestigious and high packaged job i would suggest you to gain more experience in any one of your mba field because in sich cases recruiters focises on your work experience.
