Yes there are various colleges under Delhi University that offer B.Tech. course but for admission you need to appear for an entrance examination named as DUET. DUET stands for Delhi university Entrance Test, it is conducted by National Testing Agency for admission to postgraduate, Ph.D., and in few undergraduate programmes (inlcuding B.Tech.) offered at Delhi university and it's affiliated colleges.

Hello there

Yes DU offers btech but only one college offers this course and in only one specialization and that is IT and Mathematical Innovation. This programme is offered by the college Cluster Innovation Centre which is a north campus college. There are very limited seats into it and  that is around 55-60 only.

This is a very high reputed institution so the competition is also very high to get admission.
